It is based on a hexagonal design template with the centre removed to increase the decorative component. The idea equated into a complete alphabet, so the concept was expanded to consisted of both upper and lower cases.
It wasn't all easy however, avoiding awkward characters and maintaining legibility took a little determination however it eventually paid off.
This is mostly a decorative display screen face, but it checks out remarkably well as body copy too.
