P22 Albers is a stencil and art deco font style family. This typeface has three designs and was released by P22 Type Foundry.

This set of typefaces was produced in conjunction with the Guggenheim Museum and the Josef Albers Structure. Josef Alber (1888-1976) was one of the most crucial artists and educators of the twentieth century. He belonged to the Bauhaus initially as a trainee and then as a teacher from 1920 until its closing in 1933. He then emigrated to America, where he continued making art and teaching at numerous institutions till his death. Understood primarily as an abstract painter, he was also an accomplished designer, draftsman, typographer, and professional photographer. His works explore permutations of type, color, and perception using a restricted visual vocabulary. Produced when he was at the Bauhaus, his Kombinationschrift alphabets exemplify the school's values. Utilizing 10 basic shapes based on the circle and the rectangular shape, he developed a system of lettering that was suggested to be efficient, simple to find out, and economical to produce. These 10 shapes in mix might form any letter or number. The letterforms of this computer system version were taken straight from Albers' illustrations and notes.
