P22 Art Deco was created by James Grieshaber, Samuel Welo and released by P22. P22 Art Deco consists of 3 designs and family package choices. p > Art Deco turned mundane objects into elegant, sensual masterpieces, with a nod towards the luxurious and severe. Art Deco sought to build on the components of Modern Art movements by focusing on the primary item and getting rid of the extraneous components found in the Victorian period and in Art Nouveau. The idea of "form list below function" and the technological advances of the early 20th century played a very important function in specifying the instructions of Art Deco. Popular images included elegant individuals, svelte animals, high structures, streamlined lorries and exotic scenes. Art Deco typographic designers were likewise inspired by these diverse themes. P22's new Art Deco font set reveals the influence of a cross area of a few of the different European and American Art Deco designs.
