Maxfield Parrish (1870-1966), whose career covered nearly ninety years, holds an unique place in American art and culture. He was tremendously achieved and successful in both art and commercial ventures. Parrish's hand-drawn letters were a significant part of his works, which bridged the knowledgeable about a startling spirituality. P22 has developed the Parrish font style embeded in cooperation with the National Museum of American Illustration.
