Parkside was designed by Mark Simonson and released by Mark Simonson. Parkside consists of 6 styles and family bundle choices. p > Parkside (2018) is a script typeface inspired by typefaces and lettering of the 1930s and 1940s. Unlike metal typefaces from that era, it makes the most of modern-day digital typography, where letters may overlap and immediately change shape to much better flow with surrounding letters.

There are six weights (Hairlline, Thin, Light, Routine, Strong, and Black). Parkside has substantial language support, covering most Latin-based writing systems. Parkside utilizes OpenType magic to immediately choose letter variations that perfectly link to the letters coming before and after.
