Early Spanish settlers called the area Pescadero (fishing location) as they observed it was a preferred fishing area for the regional natives.

Designed by Steve Matteson, Pescadero is fragile and in-depth for attractive files however robust enough for major reports and titles. The design is based heavily on calligraphic inscriptional lettering.
