Pind-O-Rama is rather a non-traditional typeface, with odd counters and shapes and choices and interlocks that simply stand out. For often fitting in is absolutely not wanted.
Pindorama is how the native Tupi people originally called Brazil before colonization by the Portuguese. This font style draws motivation from a book on Brazil colonial background, specifically from a 1961 edition - the book was very first released in 1943. Sadly the cover style is uncredited.
Why fit in? Let's stand out!
