Quasimoda was created by Botio Nikoltchev and released by lettersoup. Quasimoda consists of 22 designs and household package alternatives. p > Quasimoda is the "almost stylish" sans serif family with 11 weights and matching italics. It integrates trendy geometric types with old-fashioned classical proportions. Berlin-based Botio Nikoltchev (Lettersoup) created Quasimoda so that the lighter weights release a fresh, modern-day feel, the middle weights provide excellent readability and elegance for longer texts, while the boldest weights present a slightly old-fashioned flair.

Partly geometric, partially grotesque, Quasimoda is a flexible beast. It follows the existing styles but does not totally offer into them, maintaining classical proportions and the minor ugliness of the 19th-century grotesques. With its long descenders and its little x-height, Quasimoda integrates well with Renaissance serif font styles such as Garamond's, or it can serve itself as a leading body font for longer texts, along with a variety of branding, headline and display screen functions. Quasimoda includes characters for more than 80 Latin-script languages, and numerous sets of figures offered as OpenType features.
