Wacky was developed by Andy Benedek and released by Great Font styles. Eccentric includes 3 designs and household plan choices. p > The origin of Wacky ordinary in the Duke Ellington number It don't imply a thing if it ain't got that swing.

For a long time I had wished to create a typeface from broadened stroked lines. I desired to produce a light-hearted font style, but with some classic touches. One day, whilst doodling in Adobe Illustrator, Quirky's letterforms just appeared on screen as if from nowhere. Initially I drew the test word 'hamburgefonts' and after that just kept going, unable to stop. Character after character looked like if by magic. From the start, Quirky had a life of its own.

The letterforms are rather more advanced than simply outlined stroked lines. Subtle modifications to compensate for optical impacts have actually been integrated. For example, horizontal stems have thicknesses somewhat less than vertical stems and where stems collaborate, the thickening impact has been lowered by cutting into the joint.

Being practically monoline, Wacky works well reversed out of a strong background and for TELEVISION credits. The Quirky font styles are enjoyable fonts, so set, laugh and delight in! I hope Quirky will provide you as much satisfaction in using it as I got in creating it! Quickly after the roman variation was born, an italic version and then a thin variation were produced to form a household of three typefaces.
