KirkwoodI was inspired to develop the Rainier type household throughout my summer season back house in the Pacific Northwest. The idea behind it may be easy - a hand crafter font style household - but what it delivers is rather complicated! Here is a breakdown of whatever you get:
.FONT HOUSEHOLDS:
2 sub-families with distinct designs - Rainier North and Rainier West
WEIGHTS:
4 weights per family, broken down numerically - 100 (light), 300 (routine), 500 (bold), 700 (black)
OPENTYPE:
In each household, there are loads of opentype choices, offering lots of adjustable chances (in order to gain access to all these goodies, you should be using Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign or Publisher). Due to the fact that Rainier is 100% handmade, contextual alternatives permit each letter has 3 subtle variations, by doing this it keeps that genuine hand-drawn appearance. Furthermore, a full alphabet with unique descending swashes, in addition to start and end swashes for capitals and little caps.
