Publisher: FontMesaRough Riders, along with our Rough Riders Redux font style, got its start from a small sample of letters utilized in the logo for the Beach Creek Railway Co. going back to the 1860's. I studied the style for one year before drawing the letters, this most current variation has been totally re-mastered with numerous enhancements through out the font.
Rough Riders and the Redux variation are merely the most Wildest Western looking typefaces you'll find.
The high amount of detail in this and other FontMesa typefaces might have problem displaying in some applications at point sizes larger than 100.
