Years prior to the 'Jet Age', and way prior to computers and satellite television turned us into jaded 'armchair travelers', the ocean trip aboard huge steamships to distant ports of call beckoned numerous to travel the Seven Seas.
Far away lands had a magic and mysticism to them, for couple of Americans knew anything about those locations unless they check out them in books or saw travelogs at their regional theaters.
Many songs were written with styles of romantic South Seas travel, and one vintage piece in specific entitled "Down Where the Trade Winds Blow" provided the hand lettering which served as a design for Sea Cruise JNL.
