Stylish, elegant, and attractive, Sekhmet got its name from the lion-headed war goddess of ancient Egypt. And the typeface does have a sort of feline, forward-directed energy - a result of its calligraphic detailing combined with a very minor slope in the roman. Sekhmet is basically a display screen face; still, it's as carefully crafted as any of the designer's text typefaces and so likewise works well in fairly big text blocks, particularly at bigger point sizes. Features a book-weight roman and calligraphic italic.
