Skie is an easy gothic sans serif typeface with regular, condensed, and large households. Its distinguishing qualities are the small x-height with tall ascenders, and a very little amount of contrast, while the apertures are semi-open to assist in readability. The basic design keeps the look relatively neutral and presents a mix of contemporary and vintage qualities.
With 60 font styles in 10 weights and 3 widths making up the complete family, it might be thought about a superfamily or workhorse as the widths-- normal, condensed, and broad-- all balance together to offer the designer a range of percentages and design options to work with. Each width carries a little different tone and feel.
