The typeface was created by Berlin designer Wilhelm Berg. Ralph M. Unger, who in the last few years has developed an entire series of revivals and redesigns from the hot metal age, 'retrieved' this jewel of a typeface style, revamping, complementing and digitally remastering it for profonts.
Splendor is a broad nip, non-connecting handwriting script of classic sophistication, appeal and appeal. It needs tight setting with plenty of area around it.
The font contains a variety of alternate characters: 2 uppercase As, Ss (with descender); in addition, 2 uppercase Ms, Ns and Zs as well as 2 lowercase zs.
