Created by Robert Arnow, Streetbrush is a grunge and brush script font released by Robert Arnow.

When I was in high school, I would trash my note pads with multiple layers of graffiti tags, which would start in the margins, and after that creep in to cover the entire page. I established a sensibility towards a really quick, expressive usage of my hand, which later quickly and naturally equated into brush.

I used this design typographically on several jobs throughout the years, and even turned it into a signature illustration design. Recently, by duplicating letters hundreds of times each with brush on paper, this ad-hoc brush design ended up being Streetbrush.

The design is characterized by a distinct mix of urban grafitti meets Asian calligraphy. The font is best utilized for big titling or signs, as it is exceptionally detailed and really catches the sensation of a brush pulling ink across a textured surface.

That stated, the font will also work well for body copy, and consists of many fundamental symbols. The font style has some ligatures, mainly for legibility.
