Strumpf ® Std is a comic, screen and kids typeface household. This typeface has two styles and was published by Adobe.

Strumpf was created by Portuguese designer Mario Feliciano. Late in 1994, Feliciano began deal with a typeface that would catch the feel and look of his favorite cartoon. He believed this style should follow alphabetic tradition as little as possible, while still being readable. True to its comic-strip motivation, Strumpf is extremely animated; every letter has its own bouncy personality. Consistency is provided by the rounded shapes and lays out instead of an official letterform structure. The 2 variations, Open and Shape, have various overview treatments, but the letters are encouraged to touch in both, improving their interaction and jocular disposition. Use fun-loving Strumpf for setting single light-hearted words or phrases, rather than prolonged headlines or text. Integrate the Open and Shape faces to attain chromatic results with multi-color printing.
