Ever attempted to write a Sans-Serif by hand? We did it Supernett!

Supernett-- a versatile display font style-- is customized for large font sizes but also impresses with an astounding legibility in little typesettings. Supernett is relatively condensed for space-saving headings. The extensive character set supports Central and Eastern European in addition to Western European languages. Each design consists of more than 4700 glyphs to pursue one goal: let the font appearance real hand-made, let equal glyphs look various to each other. Three OpenType features are specifically developed to improve this impression, with a maximum effect when used to huge type:

Alternating Letters

For a truly hand-drawn appearance, letters and numerics alternate randomly between three various variations → activate Contextual Alternates

Rotating letters

All glyphs turn arbitrarily and slightly around their own axis → trigger OpenType Swashes

·

Varying Standard Shift

Each single glyph relocations individually up or down → trigger OpenType Titling Alternates

More OpenType Functions: Case Sensitive Forms

This function shifts various punctuation marks to a position that works better with all caps typography → It is released when an app's all-caps styling is applied

Slashed No

The problem with the numeral 0 is that it can look too much like O in some typefaces. This function changes every zero with a slashed zero → trigger No with a Slash

Fractions

Substitutes figures separated by a slash by proper portion glyphs. A date however, composed like 10/12/2013 will remain unchanged → trigger Fractions
