Created by Robert Slimbach, 10 Oldstyle is a serif font style household. This typeface has eight designs and was released by Adobe.

Ten Oldstyle is a four-weight type family from Principal Designer Robert Slimbach at Adobe. He designed it as the Latin part of Ten Mincho, a Japanese typeface by Adobe's Chief Designer Ryoko Nishizuka. As it began to take the type of a little type family, Robert chose to release 10 Oldstyle by itself too.

Ten Oldstyle might be described as a low-contrast semi-formal book face-- a design which isn't all that common amongst oldstyle fonts. These qualities lend themselves particularly well to reading on-screen text, specifically when the material is of a meaningful nature. The weight axis spans from light text to bold, and includes italics.
