TWT Prospero is the kind of typeface you rarely discover in blocks of continuous text nowadays. Similar typefaces based upon late-18th-century work by Bodoni, the Didots, and others tend to be reserved for display screen type: their exaggerated contrast and disappearing hairlines can make you squint and strain at little sizes. However TWT Prospero, with its moderate contrast and fairly robust hairlines, is remarkably legible in book text while remaining suitable for use in display screen scenarios. The complete family has seven styles: roman, italic, vibrant, vibrant italic, condensed roman, condensed italic, and condensed bold.
