Our resident mad scientist John "Mr. Fontastic" Roshell has actually developed a single gizmo that can handle any design emergency, from crimelords to supervillain team-ups to alien intrusions. Whatchamacallit is a friendly and understandable sans-serif, influenced by some of our all-time favorites-- Gill Sans, Futura, Venus and Antique Olive. However, like its machinery-contraption names Doohickey and Framistat, Whatchamacallit has a vibrant personality-- the strokes are a little wavy, completions a bit bulbous, and the circles are like little loaves of bread, increasing in the Whatchamacallit's oven ... delicious!
