Zena was created by Saad Abulhab and published by Arabetics. Zena consists of 4 designs and household bundle choices. p > Zena is an Arabetic typeface design with aesthetically linked glyphs, named for designer's younger child, Zena, for her twelfth birthday.

Zena follows the guidelines of the Mutamathil Taqlidi type design with one glyph for every single fundamental Arabic Unicode character or letter, as specified in Unicode Standards, and one additional final type glyph for each Arabic letter that can get in touch with other letters from both sides in standard cursive Arabic strings. Zena utilizes variable x-height values. It includes all needed Lam-Alif ligatures and chosen marks. Tatweel (or Kashida) glyph is a zero width area. Keying it before any glyph will show that glyph separated form, if preferred. Keying Tatweel before Alif Lam Ha will show the Allah ligature.

The Zena typeface family includes both Arabic and Arabic-Indic characters; all needed diacritic marks, in addition to Requirement English keyboard punctuations and major currency signs.

Zena is offered in regular and italic (slated to the left) designs.
