Based on casual lettering. In Russian 'Zubilo' means 'Cold cutter' or 'Chisel'. Vibrant letterforms appears to be cut by an unskilled but strong hand used to run with rough metal tools, not with pen or pencil.

The face benefits use in ads, posters and headlines, especally for comic editions and youth press.

Decorative designs were included 2011 by the very same author.
