Quickly is a font which not only has a complete set of ASCII characters. But, it also has a real standard, x-height, cap height, ascender and descender-- typical font metrics. In addition, several of the lower used ASCII characters have been replaced by graphics and specialized bullets for usage in ePUBs and on Websites.
It's not so much loose and totally free as it is brisk and expressive. For its genre, it's very understandable, even readable. In many ways, this is a practical production font style for knowledgeable experts. It's not a fashion statement.
