Diorite is contemporary face constructed on classical letterforms—— however left with a little bit of residual roughness. Some might call Diorite forthright, others brutal. (It advised the designer of the dark, tough igneous rock of the exact same name, cherished by the ancient Egyptians for statuary.) The typeface has a reasonably chunky, four-style family; the italics are real cancellaresca corsiva, also writ heavy. "The cancellaresca is of course a Gothic design," keeps in mind the designer. "Just use a broader pen, and you'll see!" Has four designs: regular, bold, cursive, and cursive bold.
