Numina was created by Christian Thalmann and published by Catharsis Fonts. Numina includes 8 styles and household bundle options. p > Numina is an elegant, dignified, highly condensed modern-day screen family making up 2 complementary faces. Numina Glory takes advantage of the family's strong, unrelenting vertical texture, avoiding diagonals in favor of robust pillars, whereas Numina Glamour opts for more conventional letterforms for improved legibility and a sophisticated, airy grace. Both faces are well-suited for headings, logos, obstruct quotes, and editorial work.

Numina comes with substantial language assistance and OpenType features such as little caps, ligatures, and stylistic alternates. Each face comes with 3 extra font files at no extra expense: Oblique, Ligatures, and Ligatures Oblique. In the Ligatures typefaces, all ligatures are designated as basic ligatures (instead of discretionary ones), and are therefore easily available even in typographically unsavvy applications.

Numina is the plural of the Latin word numen, which describes the intangible aura of power and influence emanating from gods and heroes.
