Sada was developed by Saad Abulhab and published by Arabetics. Sada contains 6 styles and household package choices. p > Sada is a text font designed with hand held gadgets and ebooks in mind. Glyphs are developed to be bigger than normal and really clear with soft visual qualities and lots of standard Arabic calligraphic transitional features incorporated to enhance legibility. The word "sada" implies "echo" in Arabic. Even though Sada is a cursive design font it provides clearly differentiated and visually merged letter shapes in every position of a word. Sada supports all Arabetic scripts covered by Unicode 6.1, and the newest Arabic Supplement and Extended-A Unicode blocks, including assistance for Quranic texts. It includes three weights, regular, strong, and ultra-light. Each weight has regular and left-slanted "italic" styles. The script style of this font style family follows the Arabetics Mutamathil Taqlidi style and uses varying x-heights. The Mutamathil Taqlidi type design utilizes one glyph per every standard Arabic Unicode character or letter, as specified by the Unicode Standards, and one extra final type glyph, for each freely-connecting letter in an Arabic text. Sada consists of the needed Lam-Alif ligatures in addition to all vowel diacritic ligatures. Sada's soft-vowel diacritic marks (harakat) are just selectively positioned with the majority of them appearing on comparable lower or upper positions to stress they are not part of letters. Kashida is no width glyph.
