Designer: Dave RowlandSausage is unapologetically vibrant and bulbous. Influenced by magnetic refrigerator letters, hotdogs and 70s phototype typefaces, it is retro, however not cloyingly so.
It was a deliberate plan to make Sausage just a single design typeface. The freedom that not needing to think of how the font style should relate to other weights allowed me to push the glyphs to locations they might not otherwise have been able to go.
There isn't a single corner in the whole font style, and you 'd be hard pressed to find a straight line. This is as soft and friendly as they come, and still equipped with numerous ligatures, alternates and arrows for advanced typography.
