Handasi was designed by Saad Abulhab and released by Arabetics. Handasi contains 2 designs and family plan choices. p > The Handasi type household follows the guidelines of the Mutamathil Taqlidi type style. It has one glyph for each fundamental Arabic Unicode character or letter and one additional, final-position, glyph for each Arabic letter that is usually gotten in touch with other letters from both sides in conventional cursive Arabic strings.

Handasi uses variable x-height values. Its design uses straight lines only but with variable dispersed weight. Handasi typefaces consist of all required Lam-Alif ligatures and utilize ligature alternatives and chosen marks positioning but they do not use any other glyph substitutions or forming. Text strings composed utilizing kinds of this family are non-cursive with stand-alone isolated glyphs. It uses our 'natural Arabic input' approach where first glyph is shown in its non-isolated type.
